Alessandro Roncone. It basically has flat design with rounded corners and creator tried to use minimalist approach. FlatWoken icons are divided into two different icon sets: FlatWoken and FlatWokenMin (it is a more minimal reinterpretation of its bigger brother FlatWoken). FlatWoken project is at its early stages. A lot of icons are yet to be designed, and the project is open to external contributors as well as independent single submissions. You can report any missing icon or ask for icon by submitting request
here. You can use
Unity Tweak Tool,
Gnome-tweak-tool or
Ubuntu-Tweak to change icons.
